Application

To apply for one of the workshops, you will need to complete the following form. All details on the form are mandatory and must be completed.

In 150 words or less tell us about yourself.

Applications will be judged on their merits and the successful applicants will be notified by phone or email.

Closing date for applications

Your application must be received before 5pm Thursday 30th April 2009.

Please note: If you are unable to participate on the dates of the workshops you will not be eligible to participate in the workshops thank you.
